What is the experience level of your photographer?

More than 40 years of wedding photography, from a start in 1946, in the family for over 65 years.

When will I receive my digital files on disc?

You will get the DVD-ROM of your wedding photos a short two weeks after your wedding date.

Do you have samples of wedding photographs?

Yes. You can visit Events or by setting up a meeting with us we can show you our work. (There is no obligation for viewing our work)

What wedding photo packages are available?

Four. These are not really the traditional wedding photography 'package' though because we do not sell pictures, we sell our service. We offer One photographer, Two Photographers, Two Photographer with Photo Booth and a Three hour package. You can see photography pricing for more info.

How long will the photographer be with us on the day of the wedding?

In short, all day for our most popular package. We do offer a less expensive three hour package as well. See photography policy for details.

Can we meet the photographer in person?

Yes. In fact, we prefer it. When meeting with the photographer, he will better understand the photos you would like to have for your special day.

Can we purchase the digital files from our wedding?

No need to, you already get them all two weeks after your wedding! It is detailed in photography policy.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a $200 deposit is required to hold the date of the wedding for one photographer, for two photographers or photography with videography the deposit is $300. The deposit will be deducted from the final total. You can also see our contract for more info.

Will the photographer and videographer work together?

Yes, actually, we are a father and son team, so we work well together.

What is a Digital Display?

What we call the digital display is a slideshow of your pictures from your ceremony at your reception. We will bring a computer to display the pictures to your guests at your reception, this provides instant feedback.

Videography FAQ

Do you have samples of wedding videos?

Yes. A Video Recap and Photomontage example are available on the Video Policy page. Also by setting up a meeting with us we can show a full DVD and more of our work. (There is no obligation for viewing our work)

What wedding packages are available?

We have four. Basic, Traditional, Deluxe, and Ultimate all including the same video footage, with different selections of DVD or Blu-ray and hours at your event. See videography pricing for more details.

How long will the videographer be with us on the day of the wedding?

In short, all day for our most popular package. We do offer shorter coverage packages as well. See videography pricing for more details.

How long will my video be?

Your total video length on DVD will vary depending on the events at your wedding, but are usually between 30 minutes and 2 hours. We record events as they happen and will start and stop the camera to make the video entertaining. Typically the only time we put the camera on a tripod and record non-stop is for your ceremony. Otherwise we're moving around getting different views, trying to get everything we can. You receive all footage taken. We capture all the traditional events, introductions, dances, etc, but please let us know ahead of time if there are any surprises planned for your special day that you would like us to capture.

Can we meet the videographer?

Yes, meeting beforehand usually works best, but details can be accomplished on the phone also.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a $200 deposit is required to hold the date of the wedding for one photographer, for two photographers or photography with videography the deposit is $300. The deposit will be deducted from the cost of the wedding.

When will I get my finished video DVD?

Normal production of the video is usually between 4 to 6 weeks. Summer weddings sometimes require additional production time, but we can let you know if there may be a delay. Additional production time will be required if the Photomontage or Video Recap is purchased.

Do you offer photomontages?

What is a "photomontage"?

Simply a photomontage is just a slideshow of pictures set to music. For more details on how we create these montages and what it includes please see the videography policy page.

What is a "video recap"?

The video recap is a collection of the highlights of your wedding video. The video clips are put to music of your choice and included on your DVD. You can see more info and an example of a Video Recap on the videography policy page.
